Shipping Policies

Please allow up to 10 business-days for your order to arrive (it will likely arrive much sooner). SLFA will send you a shipment tracking number when your print is in the mail and on it's way. SLFA does not make any profit from shipping charges.


SLFA uses USPS First Class Mail + Insurance + Delivery Confirmation.


SLFA uses USPS trackable delivery service plus insurance. Depending on your country, the service used might be International Express or International Priority. These services protect your print against loss and theft. 

SLFA will not pay for your country’s import taxes, duties or VAT. Please research what your item will cost to import into your country before placing your order. 

SLFA cannot refund purchases of larger prints unless the prints have clearly been damaged by SLFA. SLFA is not responsible for orders that get lost in the mail, damaged by the shipper or held by customs officers. If you feel your order got lost please first contact your local post office, or your country's import office to attempt to find your order. If your print has been damaged by the shipper, please take photos of the damage including any tears or dents made on the package as well as any damage to the artwork itself.
